This Privacy Policy explains how Triple collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with our website, donor intelligence platform, and related services (the "Service"). "Triple," "we," "us," and "our" refer to 2828756 Ontario Ltd., an Ontario corporation operating under the trade name Triple, with its principal office in Ontario, Canada.
Triple acts as the controller of personal information about its own users, website visitors, and the individuals whose information appears in its donor intelligence database. For personal information that customers upload to the Service ("Customer Data"), Triple acts as a service provider or processor and processes that information on the customer's instructions and in accordance with our customer agreement. In those cases, the customer's privacy notice governs.
This Privacy Policy does not address our privacy practices relating to job applicants, employees, or other employment-related individuals. It is also not a contract and does not create legal rights or obligations not otherwise provided by law.
